This hotel is modern but still spacious, and very convenient for the port and the facilities of Kos Town

Clean rooms, great location and nice view from the balcony.

Location & View from Balcony The hotel was dated but in a brilliant location within walking distance to everything & we had a fab view of the harbour from our balcony.

The hotel was near to every attractions. It was comfortable and clean hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was safe and welcoming place. I had everything I need it in this hotel. Well done

Stunning view from the balcony, great location - one step to the very center of city life. And all that for the very reasonably price.

Lights outside the windows which were always on. If we wanted to leave the window open to get air circulating, the blackout blinds couldn’t be fully closed causing the room to be lit up.

Everything was fantastic.. Will stay again

Staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean and neat. Their recommendations for restaurants was spot on!

We got a room upgrade with an amazing harbour view from the balcony.

Close to the port, especially wince we were coming in on a late ferry, and 24 hr desk staff.

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο χωρίς να έχουμε κάνει κράτηση και η τιμή ήταν αρκετά υψηλή (σε σύγκριση με τα πρακτορεία κρατήσεων στο Internet, αλλά και εκεί οι τιμές ήταν υψηλές). Ο ρεσεψιονίστ ήταν πολύ καλός, φιλόξενος και ευχάριστος. Μας έδωσαν ένα διαμέρισμα, που βρισκόταν στη γωνία, απέναντι από την πισίνα, με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο και ένα ωραίο, μεγάλο μπάνιο με μπανιέρα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και μεγάλο με μια καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Το μόνο αρνητικό σημείο ήταν ότι ακούγαμε εύκολα τον κόσμο στο διάδρομο, δηλαδή τα δωμάτια δεν είναι πολύ ήσυχα. Επίσης, το μπάνιο έχει ένα παράθυρο που "βλέπει" στο διάδρομο, οπότε μπορείς εύκολα να ακούσεις τους ανθρώπους να χρησιμοποιούν την τουαλέτα. Η πισίνα και το μπαρ της πισίνας ήταν ωραίοι χώροι. Η πισίνα είχε και χώρο ειδικά για παιδιά. Η περιοχή είναι καθαρή και γεμάτη πράσινο και γενικά αρκετά όμορφη. Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό και χαμογελαστό και απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας αν και ήταν μόνο για μια βραδιά, γιατί αποφασίσαμε να μετακινηθούμε σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο, λόγω των υψηλών τιμών.…

Τα δωμάτια ήταν ανακαινισμενα και καθαρα. Δυστυχώς μας αλλαζαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες ανά 3 μέρες, αντίθετα με την πολιτική των ξενοδοχείων. Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο έως κακό και κάθε μέρα το ίδιο με μικρή ποικιλία.

Ένα κακό ξενοδοχείο που είναι αρκετά υπερτιμημένο για τις τιμές του. Δεν έχει να σου προσφέρει τίποτα και για να πας στην πόλη χρειάζεται μέσον. Και για το τέλος κράτησα την άσχημη συμπεριφορά της ιδιοκτήτριας.

Excellent base for Kos close to Kos town but also the main road across Kos. Apartments clean and pool is great after a day out on the road. Superb taverna nearby Cafe Classic George and his son Costa make you most welcome. You need a car on Kos but this is our second trip to this hotel and have booked a car in the UK to collect at the airport which has been the best value for money. Violet on reception is great would only ever come back here now.

Such a welcoming hotel,all staff so helpful and friendly. Rooms very fresh and clean,the pool a d beautiful garden well cared for.What a shame for so many of the hotels and Taverners that there are so few tourists on the island.There are no migrants at all,and the mounds of lifejackets seen last year have been totally cleared, so why are people staying away. We have just had a great holiday enjoying the genuine warmth of the Kos Islanders.

I recommend this place! Very clean, tidy and well maintained, rooms cleaned every day apart from Sunday, beautiful gardens, smiley and helpful staff, a good all round service! Minor downsides - the breakfast is very basic, the sun beds are too close around pool and the cleaners come too early but very polite!

1 week 2 adults in mid July, Excellent facilities, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff, cheap safe box hire, great cocktails Pool not massive but 3 min walk to beach. Shop opposite hotel sells everything. 20 min stroll to Kos centre, loads of bars, restaurants and very cheap at the mo. My tip, hire a bike for your stay, great for getting around. Only grumble is that breakfast was pretty poor.
